How we comply

Every booking on this site is made with the company named under “Who we are” below, which sells you the tour or ticket directly. We sell our own tours and the tickets we buy from attractions or their official distributors; other sellers do not list products here.

Each experience page shows the full price, what is included, where to go and the cancellation terms before you book. The total at checkout is the amount you pay, with no booking fees.

Reviews marked “Verified booking” come from travellers who booked with us, through a one-time link sent after their visit. Our team reads every review before it is published. Anyone can report a published review with the “Report” link under it.

The Digital Services Act covers online services that publish what their users write; on this site, that is traveller reviews. Our point of contact for travellers and for authorities is community@hoponroues.com.

When you report a review, we look at it, tell you what we decided if you left an email address, and tell the reviewer why if we remove it.

How we collect and use personal data, and your rights, are set out in our Privacy policy and Cookie policy.

We do not make general environmental claims such as “eco-friendly” or “sustainable”. Where we describe a practice, it is one we can show.
