What you'll do. After a safety briefing and a practice loop away from traffic, you follow your guide out of the city and into the hills south of Florence: olive groves, lines of cypress, vineyards and stone farmhouses. Photo stops come every half-hour or so, with a longer break for lunch.
Lunch. A countryside farm serves a Tuscan lunch: bruschetta with its own olive oil, cured meats, pecorino and a pasta dish. Riders stay alcohol-free; passengers can try a glass of local wine.
Who can ride. Riders must be 18 or over and hold a valid driving licence; in Italy a car licence covers 125 cc scooters. Non-EU licence holders also need an International Driving Permit. Passengers ride pillion behind someone in their own group and must also be 18+.
Safety. Helmets are compulsory and provided. Wear closed shoes and long trousers. The tour runs in light rain with ponchos supplied; in heavy rain or storms we move you to another date or refund you in full.
