What you'll see. Fondazione Prada occupies a former distillery dating from 1910 in the south of Milan, reworked by Rem Koolhaas's studio OMA and opened in 2015. Old warehouses sit beside new buildings: the Podium for major exhibitions, a cinema, the gold-leaf Haunted House and the Torre.
The Torre. Nine exhibition levels rise 60 metres, the rooms growing taller as you climb, with views over the rail yards and the city. They hold Atlas, a long-term display of works from the Prada collection, so there is always something to see whatever the temporary programme.
What's on. Temporary exhibitions change through the year. Mona Hatoum's Over, Under and In Between runs until 9 November 2026, and Global Antiquity, on exchanges between the Mediterranean, East Africa and Asia in the ancient world, opens on 5 November 2026.
